We orchestrate community meetings and public hearings to ensure our clients message is delivered to key decision makers. We create mail, phone, video, briefing materials and other collateral to ensure effective message delivery.

Political Intelligence Gathering & Analysis

We pound the pavement to figure out specifics of the local political scene and how the local political situation will affect our clients project. This extends beyond decision makers – we gather intelligence on opponents and their activities in order to prevent crisis from occurring in the first place.

Ordinance Review & Analysis

We review the local zoning and subdivision ordinance to find creative solutions that make approval of a land use project easier and help to avoid contentious public hearings. Our thorough analysis of the local ordinance ensures that political pressure is applied at critical points in the land use process.

Site Evaluation

We help clients choose the best site for their development. When retained early enough in the process, we evaluate the likelihood of opposition to a development project at all sites under consideration. This includes political due diligence and researching potential opponents.
